PercyText is a product of Percentric Technologies, LLC, which operates it and is responsible for these terms.

These terms govern use of the PercyText business messaging platform. Specific pricing and service levels may be defined in a separate order form or agreement.

Service

PercyText provides business SMS and MMS messaging, including number provisioning, campaign registration support, message delivery, and related tools.

Acceptable use and compliance

Customers must obtain proper consent before messaging recipients, honor opt-out requests, and comply with TCPA, CTIA, carrier, and 10DLC requirements. Prohibited content includes unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their recipient lists, the content of their messages, maintaining consent records, and complying with the laws of the jurisdictions where they operate.

Carriers and third parties

Message delivery depends on carriers and messaging aggregators governed by their own rules and availability. PercyText does not guarantee delivery, timing, or freedom from carrier filtering.

Fees

Fees are based on the selected plan and usage. Messaging, number, and campaign fees may apply and can change with carrier or vendor pricing.

No guaranteed outcome

PercyText provides messaging infrastructure and does not guarantee any marketing, engagement, or revenue result.

Text messages

PercyText texts only people who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Texting is optional. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
